Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final, and returns are generally not accepted.
However, we offer replacements or redelivery in specific cases outlined below.
Since digital products cannot be physically returned, we offer product replacement or reactivation under the following circumstances:
If a purchased digital product is defective, non-functional, or does not work as described, you may request a replacement.
If you have successfully completed the payment but have not received the product within the promised delivery time, you may request a redelivery.
If a purchase was made without your authorization, please contact our support team immediately.
We may require proof of unauthorized activity.
To request a replacement or redelivery, customers must:

The following situations are not eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds:
Downloaded or accessed products: If the product has already been downloaded, accessed, or used, it cannot be returned.
Change of mind: Returns are not accepted for reasons such as personal preference or accidental purchase.
Incorrect details provided: If you entered incorrect details during purchase, we cannot guarantee a replacement.
Refund requests beyond 3 days: Requests submitted after the 3-day window will not be considered.
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly for resolution before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
