Welcome to WASMOU! By using our application, website, and related services, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your use of the WASMOU platform, which connects clients, shops, suppliers, and partners for the purchase and distribution of digital products such as game credits, gift cards, top-ups, and more.

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 19 years old and agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.

2. Services Provided

WASMOU provides:

• Digital product delivery (game cards, vouchers, top-ups, etc.).
• Shop account dashboards to manage purchases and client orders.
• A platform for suppliers to manage inventory and fulfill digital goods.
• Optional in-person delivery pickup or point-of-sale deposit services.

We act as an intermediary platform to streamline digital product distribution securely and efficiently.

3. Payment & Transactions

• All payments must be made using the methods offered in the app (e.g., EDAHABIA, CIB, or via local POS partners).
• Users are responsible for any transaction fees set by their payment provider.
• Payments may be reviewed before fulfillment in case of suspected fraud or errors.
• Orders are only considered confirmed once payment is verified and processed.

4. Digital Product Delivery

• Digital products (codes, vouchers, etc.) are delivered immediately or shortly after purchase via the app interface.
• In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to supplier validation or system verification.
• Once delivered, digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Refunds are only issued if WASMOU fails to deliver the purchased product within a reasonable timeframe.
• If you receive an invalid code, you must submit a complaint within 48 hours of your order, including video evidence showing the issue.
• Refunds or replacements are issued only after internal verification and validation by our support or supplier teams.

6. Responsibilities & Restrictions

Users must:

• Provide accurate and valid contact and payment information.
• Not misuse the platform for illegal or fraudulent activity.
• Not resell or redistribute codes obtained through unauthorized means.

WASMOU is not liable for:

• Incorrect codes due to customer input error.
• Codes used or shared after delivery.
• Losses resulting from misuse of delivered digital goods.

7. Platform Access

• WASMOU reserves the right to suspend or ban any account that violates our terms or is flagged for fraud or abuse.
• We may restrict access to some features based on user status (new, verified, banned).
• The app may go through maintenance or updates that affect availability.

8. Legal & Compliance

• These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria.
• Any disputes shall be handled in Algerian courts with proper jurisdiction.
• WASMOU cooperates with legal authorities in cases of fraud or abuse.

9. Privacy Policy Summary

• We do not collect or store personal data unless explicitly required for account activation or support purposes.
• Any integrations (e.g., payment verification or maps) are handled via third-party providers that may have their own privacy terms.
